Marketing Position

* You will develop and execute marketing campaigns across 4+ brands, emphasizing email marketing, paid social, paid search, and asset creation to drive brand growth and revenue.
* Experience in email marketing, driving revenue growth, retention strategies, and personalization, preferably with Klaviyo.
* You will create and optimize ad creatives to improve performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Paid Search Management
* Developing and executing paid search campaigns across Google's network, including Search, Shopping, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
* Managing campaigns end-to-end: keyword research, ad copywriting, budget allocation, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
* Setting up and monitoring conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Shopify.
Email and Social Media
* Planning, creating, and executing email campaigns and automated workflows; experience with Klaviyo is preferred.
* Developing and implementing paid social strategies across Meta to maximize ROI, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns.
Content Development
* Crafting compelling, brand-aligned copy for emails and social ads.
* Designing graphics and visuals for digital marketing materials.
