**About the Role**
Grampians BreastScreen is seeking interested experienced reception and/or administrative staff for a casual position within our administration team. The role is designed to backfill for those staff on planned and/or unplanned leave and to ensure that the service is able to operate when necessary on weekends and after hours during the weekdays.
The Receptionist is responsible for the provision of confidential receptionist services for the Grampians BreastScreen Program. This includes greeting the client, processing their paperwork and preparing them for the Radiographer to screen.
The Receptionist needs to be sensitive to the needs of the client attending the service and be professional and approachable. They must possess an ability to work under pressure and produce precise and accurate work. This position requires the successful applicant to be available to work at short notice and to have a flexible approach to the workplace rostering needs.

**Qualifications and experience**
Previous experience in Women's Health is advantageous but not essential.- Experience with data entry in a health information system
. Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise work load
. Ability to regularly reassess work practices looking for redundancies and efficiency improvement
