Curriculum Administration Advisor Job
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a Curriculum Administration Advisor position.
* This role involves working with large database systems, information management processes, and data analysis to provide expert advice on curriculum management procedures and policies.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage priorities and meet deadlines, and have experience working in a team environment.
About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist users in utilizing the Curriculum Administration Management system (AKARI) for curriculum approval processes.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective curriculum management.
* Provide expert advice in a professional and confidential manner to executive-level staff, University academics, and administrative personnel regarding the University curriculum management procedures and policies.
* Review curriculum data and prepare proposed new and modified curriculum information for presentation at University Committees (both Faculty and Central Committees).
* Represent Curriculum Administration Management at Faculty Courses Committee Meetings.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
* Experience working with large database systems and information management processes.
* Capability to investigate, analyze data and write/present reports.
* High level oral, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
