As our Housing business continues to soar, we need a motivated, organised and driven individual to play a key role in supporting our team. You’ll have the chance to contribute to an exciting and quick-paced environment, all while receiving full support to help you thrive and elevate our brand.
You will have experience as a Business Analyst or a member of a fast-paced Finance Team focused on analysis.
Reporting to the Group Business Manager - your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate, prepare, review and distribution of key program management reports.
- Creation of Excel or Crystal reports linking to our key software.
- Establish and maintain data frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Maintain KPI and performance metrics and dashboards aligned with business unit programs
- Liaise with others to report on the performance within a business unit
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports
- Analyse reporting processes and tools to identify areas for improvement in data accuracy, timeliness, and presentation
About You
At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude, not an outcome.
Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (desirable but not mandatory).
We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Tertiary Qualified in commerce, business management, statistics or finance
· 12 months experience preferred
