About the role: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Sales Support person, looking to join our growing team in our new Horsham Store. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, t his full-time position will also assist with sales support duties and warehouse duties. The role will commence on a date as agreed and the salary will be commensurate with the job requirements and the candidate's experience. To be considered for this role: You will have proven experience working in a warehouse environment, as well as a demonstrated commitment to safety & compliance. We require a team member with: Proven experience in a stock warehouse Strong team player with good communication skills Intermediate computer skills Possess a current forklift - LF (or be willing to obtain) & car drivers licence Be physically fit – involves manual handling (lifting to 30kg) Willingness to undertake chemical handling training Willingness to master tasks in our computer system - stock receival, transfers, fulfil sales orders The successful applicant will work as part of a small team responsible for: Sales Support tasks Picking orders for customers Loading and unloading goods for transport Pack and wrap pallets Responsible for regular & accurate stocktakes Responsible for responding to and adhering to compliance and safety requirements Scanning paperwork for receipts and counting of products on arrival General site housekeeping Other related tasks as directed by Branch Manager There may also be times when the storeperson could complete deliveries in our truck and therefore, a HR/HC license would be advantageous.
