What's the opportunity?
This role is to setup and lead the new Intelligent Automation technical team
- Intelligent Automation is the use of specialised software to automate computer-based work that is traditionally performed by humans. ARQ group are setting up a new team to provide solutions to our customers and require a proven technical leader.
**Role Description**:
- The requirement is for a senior professional whos is very experienced of leading and mentoring technical teams to deliver solutions from concept through to implementation.
- They will have strong business acumen and be able to articulate to stakeholders the impact the solutions will have on the business.
- Ideally have 5+ years using an RPA software tool such as UiPath or MS Power Automate.
- Ideally delivery experience using a commercial software language such as Microsoft C#, Java etc.
- Be capable of operating in an autonomous and ambiguous working environment with limited direction.
- Have the ability to engage with operations groups, clearly able to understand and then articulate and document the business need, design, program, test and deploy the solution.
**Education and Experience**:
- 10+ years previous experience leading technical delivery teams
- Mandatory - 10+ years experience in a commercial software delivery using tools such as such as Microsoft C#, Java etc
- Highly Desirable - 5+ Years experience in UiPath including advanced RPA developer Certification
- Desirable - Experience in deploying MS Power Automate solutions
- Enterprise and Consulting Experience
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology
- UiPAth Advanced RPA developer Certification
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Attention to detail
- Business Analysis skills including process mapping is desirable
- Software Design and coding
- Proficient in software tools including UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft.Net
- People Management and mentoring skills with technical staf
