Our organization seeks a Board Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior corporate experience, particularly in company secretarial services.
* This position entails preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, reviewing and ensuring quality of these papers, planning and coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on matters arising from these gatherings.
* You will also be responsible for managing access rights and privileges to company secretarial software, distributing papers, assisting in process improvements, and maintaining internal registers.
* Furthermore, you will collaborate with the secretariat team to facilitate a high-functioning relationship and respond effectively to urgent issues that may arise.
Responsibilities also include receiving and responding to correspondence for company secretariat matters and working closely with various teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent personal organization skills, communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as good experience with Microsoft suite.
