As part of a growing group of independent publishers, we are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated professional to join us.
This full-time position is based in Swan Hill.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities
* Provide expert advertising advice and create tailored media schedules to meet client needs
* Develop sales proposals and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
* Conduct telemarketing and face-to-face meetings with clients to build strong, long-term relationships
* Research and identify strategic marketing opportunities for local businesses
* Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth execution in both print and digital platforms
What We're Looking For
* A genuine interest in media, marketing and the advertising industry
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client rapport
* Confidence in both face-to-face and phone sales (experience is an advantage, but not essential)
* Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Computer literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving results and providing outstanding client service
* An eye for design and creativity in developing advertising solutions
