What we need from you:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud.
Salesforce Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce platform components, configuration, apex, integration, and design patterns.
Proficiency in Salesforce Omni Studio.
Proficiency in sharing and security.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Experience with declarative tools like Flow and Lightning App Builder.

What you'll do:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer 1, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Experience working with PSS Salesforce.
Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or APIs.
Experience in Salesforce data migration.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and design tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce data modelling and security.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
