About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. As a member of our team, you will deliver contemporary competent level Social Work services based on valid and reliable evidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Social Work services for adolescents and young adults experiencing substance use disorder and/or complicated by other mental health concerns, and their families/significant others.
* Actively participate in the multidisciplinary team by providing routine discipline specific clinical formulation and advice, as well as contribute to the development of individualised treatment plans including discharge planning and service provision.
* Participate in the development and implementation of practices, procedures, protocols and other quality and service improvement and research activities for adolescents and young adults within Metro North Mental Health - Alcohol and Drug Service (MNMH-ADS) to continually improve consumer care.

* AASW Code of Ethics and professional practice standards.
