Temp event coordinator - 3 days per week

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Temporary Events Planner to support the delivery of a large-scale corporate event for a well-known national retail business. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in event coordination, stakeholder management, and bringing high-profile events to life.

Working closely with the internal leadership and marketing teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of a major corporate event from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the end-to-end coordination and planning of a large corporate event
* Liaise with venues, suppliers, caterers, and external vendors
* Coordinate event schedules, run sheets, and logistics
* Support guest management, invitations, RSVP tracking, and attendee communications
* Manage event administration, documentation, and reporting
* Assist with on-site event execution and troubleshooting on event days
* Ensure timelines and deliverables are met across all stages of the project
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners

About You

* Previous experience in event planning, event coordination, or corporate events
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
* Available to commence at short notice
