**What we are looking for**:
- Someone who can lead by example to set expectations across your team and manage performance.
- Communicates goals, brand awareness and company communication to team members while promoting product knowledge
- Recruit, train and mentor staff to work towards goals and succession.
- Keeps costs mínimal while remaining accountable to profits/sales.
- Creates a customer-service focused environment where the best possible customer experience is top priority.
- Reports on store performance figures and drives knowledge of this with the team.
- Assists with maintaining store brand and visual merchandising standards.
- Someone who has had previous experience with inventory management across multi brands.
**Eligibility Requirements**
- Previous retail management experience essential.
- Exceptional business acumen and communication
- Understanding and proven track record in meeting KPIs
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to succeed
- Can proactively build and nurture the customer base & drive brand recognition
- Ability to work closely with VIP clients
- Capable of handling all store operations & working to deadlines
- Inventory management & effective store loss prevention
- Maintenance of visual merchandising standards
