**About the Role**
We have a great opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join us at our Northmead site. This role is a critical communication point for logistics stakeholders. You will be responsible for our inbound and outbound beverage product orders, and ensuring they are released on time for our customers, as well as ensuring broader warehouse tasks are executed in the correct order to meet business requirements. You will be coordinating the workflow through the Northmead Highbay facility, liaising with the small team of forklift drivers 3PL maintenance and transport teams to ensure our customer requirements are met.

**What you will be doing?**
- React quickly to changing customer requirements
- Build strong rapport with key stakeholders to allow effective shift planning
- Investigate and escalate any customer risks or issues
- Holistic view & goals for the day clearly communicated to all parties

**About You**
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Applied knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety)
- Applied knowledge of COR (Chain of Responsibility)
- Competency in SAP / Swisslog highly desired
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- High attention to detail
- An understanding of the wider supply chain processes & impact on stock availability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Decision making based on work requirements and available resources
- Safety Centric focus
- Able to manage and "juggle" priorities on the go.
- Strong communicator
