About the Role
AWX are currently seeking motivated individuals for a Survey Assistant / Leveller position to join a leading government client on a 612 month opportunity, with an immediate start available.
This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and skill development in surveying within the civil construction and engineering industry. You will gain exposure to both site-based and office-based work across a variety of projects in South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist surveyors with fieldwork and data collection
* Perform levelling and basic surveying tasks
* Support site set-out and measurements
* Assist with processing survey data and documentation
* Undertake general civil construction duties as required
About You
* You may be well suited to this role if you:
* Enjoy a mix of outdoor (site) and indoor (office) work
* Have strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Have a basic understanding of construction plans and processes
* Are genuinely interested in surveying and developing your career in this field
* Are reliable, willing to learn, and work well in a team
Requirements
* Construction White Card (essential)
* Certificate III in Civil Construction (desirable)
* Willingness to perform general civil construction tasks when required
