What you'll be doing Designing, building and customising Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC and integrations (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) Collaborating with consultants, PMs and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical outcomes Maintaining high code quality using internal standards and Salesforce best practices Supporting deployments, testing, and integration with external systems Providing ongoing client support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Managing your time effectively across multiple clients and projects What they're looking for 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience. Experience working in a Salesforce Partner or IT consultancy environment (highly regarded). Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration. Experience with APIs and external integrations. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); PD2, App Builder or other certs highly valued. Clear communicator, great team player, and solutions-focused mindset. Strong time management and attention to detail, particularly with timesheets and billing! Why join?
