Mount Isa Mines are currently seeking a Service Technician Grounds & Gardens to join the HV & Refrigeration team.

The Role
As a Service Technician Grounds & Gardens, you will work as a member of the grounds crew, which is responsible for maintaining and improving the Mount Isa Mines lease's properties. This role will be offered a 5/2 Mon- Friday roster, where you will work a 48 hour week.
The day to day duties may vary; however, the proficient candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the grounds outside spaces, such as parking lots, gardens, walkways, and greenbelts.
* Working on landscaping projects, such as retaining walls, fences, and sprinkler systems.
Requirements
The capable candidate will possess the following abilities and qualities:
* Fit for work and able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
* Enjoy working outdoors
* Horticultural and turf experience will be viewed favourably
* Flexible attitude, sound work ethic and the ability to work within a team
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
* Manual drivers licence
* Forklift / Chainsaw ticket highly regarded
