This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is confident juggling priorities and thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.
You'll be the go-to person for all things stock, freight and internal reporting – working closely with teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Duties include but are not limited to: Domestic and international freight coordination (AU & NZ) Provide estimated freight pricing Maintain key spreadsheets/registers Approve freight invoices Raising purchase orders and managing procurement for stock and project needs Stock control – overseeing deliveries, stocktakes (Dec & Jun), managing inventory across both regions Assist with pick, pack and dispatch of stock Maintaining packaging and manufacturing supplies Warranty returns, credit notes and cash sale processes Processing incoming deliveries, maintaining a tidy and organised stockroom Updating pricing/catalogues, performing supplier price checks Data entry and reporting Collaborating with accounts team – reconciliations, audits, WIP and FX reporting Assisting with warehouse operations including forklift use, general shed tidiness Ad hoc duties – can include assist with updating processes/making things more efficient The benefits of joining this company include: Exposure to both Australian and NZ operations – variety across freight, procurement and reporting Great culture – small team, no egos, just a group of good people who pitch in Career stability – join a business with long-term staff and ongoing growth Great hours and free onsite parking Genuine trust and autonomy – once trained, you'll be given ownership of your space The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in procurement, logistics or a similar Curious mindset - like understanding the mechanics of how products work (components, parts etc) High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset Confident using systems such as Xero and stock/inventory management platforms preferred Great communication skills – both internally and externally with suppliers/clients A practical, solutions-focused mindset – calm under pressure A current forklift licence would be great but not essential Happy to roll sleeves up and assist in warehouse at times This is a fantastic role for someone who loves working across a variety of tasks, enjoys a friendly and supportive team, and is ready to bring their experience and initiative to a key role.
