The Role
In our Geelong office, you will work closely with a Senior Project Manager on a diverse portfolio of developments. You will utilise your knowledge and experience in project management to oversee and coordinate the design and sales, finance and construction delivery of each project. There is an opportunity to assist in growing the group's pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing and coordinating the design and sales, finance and construction delivery of projects
* Perform project due diligence and review new sites
* Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you need to be a great team player and a well-rounded professional. It is preferable that you have a minimum of 3 years in project management or construction and have had exposure to construction design and delivery on similar-scale projects.
