We're seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Service Delivery Manager - Finance & Operations to join our Customer Success team located in Melbourne or Sydney.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing service delivery across a portfolio of clients - act as the primary operational contact for customers, coordinating BAU support, overseeing projects and work orders, and ensuring our service agreements deliver value. As the key contact post-implementation, you'll become a trusted advisor, driving continuous improvement and lasting client relationships.
What You'll DoLead daily service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring smooth operations and satisfactionManage work orders, project coordination, and PartnerPlus contractsFacilitate regular client meetings and maintain effective communication strategiesOversee incident management, SLA compliance, and reporting activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal resource utilisation and delivery outcomesIdentify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and service enhancementsSupport business development and promote Fusion5's initiatives
What You'll BringYou're a confident communicator, natural collaborator, and service-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You're known for your ability to manage complexity with calm precision while building trust and driving value. You'll have:
Demonstrated experience in managing professional services delivery across multiple clientsA strong grasp of SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics in a commercial settingExperience in stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvementA tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related fieldCertifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile (preferred)Familiarity with PSA tools or project systems (e.g. Jira, Mavenlink, MS Project, DevOps)
