The Opportunity
You will play a key role in keeping the People & Culture team running smoothly, delivering efficient and high-quality administrative support that drives daily operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals while ensuring processes run seamlessly and stakeholders receive exceptional service.
You will
- Provide quality customer-focused P&C; receptionist services, fielding and responding to a range of general P&C; queries. Delivery of services will span a variety of modes, including telephone, email, online and face-to-face; and
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Employee Services Officers (ESO) and Senior Business Partners, including but not limited to, general correspondence, record keeping, meetings scheduling, transacting financials, communications, generating reports and systems support. This may also include administrative and operational support to the wider People and Culture team, in particular, responsibility for routine office tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the P&C; office and general operations.
About you
You’re an enthusiastic and motivated early-career HR professional eager to develop your skills. You approach tasks with initiative, tackle problems thoughtfully, and manage competing priorities efficiently. With strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn, you communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
You will possess
- Completion of a relevant qualification with relevant subsequent experience in administration or people and culture environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or
