Salerno Finance & Lending is a fast-growing, community-focused mortgage brokerage in Cairns, and we're looking for a Client Services & Lending Support Officer to join our high-energy, close-knit team.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to learn the lending industry from the inside out, be mentored by experienced brokers, and grow into a senior lending or credit role over time.
You'll be right at the centre of the action, supporting clients, working alongside brokers, and helping deals move from first enquiry through to loan approval.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the engine room that helps the business run smoothly:
* Managing and updating client files in our CRM (AOL)
* Training will be provided for CRM systems from the ground up
* Preparing client summaries and loan documentation
* Managing compliance records, IDs, and recommendation files
* Assisting with social media scheduling and digital content coordination
* Completing basic borrowing capacity calculations for new enquiries
* Providing high-quality admin and workflow support to our brokers
* Helping ensure every client experience is smooth, professional, and friendly
