About the Role
* Lead payroll transformation through a strategic roadmap, system implementations and process improvements.
* Standardise and optimise payroll processes across all operations by developing frameworks for continuous improvement.
* Utilise SAP and other technologies to automate payroll, enhance data quality and create actionable analytics.
* Create dashboards and insights to support informed business decision-making.
* Partner with HR, Finance and Operations leaders to provide guidance and thought leadership.

Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, build business cases for payroll investments and drive systemic improvements.
