The Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide professional, courteous, and responsive service by managing customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and sales with accuracy and efficiency. You will build strong customer relationships by aligning aluminium product solutions to customer needs, while supporting sales, manufacturing, and delivery performance targets. Key responsibilities include: Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails Preparing, issuing, and following up quotes and tenders Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Liaising with sales and production teams to achieve targets Troubleshooting and resolving customer or order issues Analysing customer orders and completing ad hoc administrative tasks About You You’re an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
