The RoleWe are seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
Reporting to the CFO, this pivotal role supports financial operations, delivering accurate and timely analysis to guide strategic decisions and ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards, ASIC requirements, and ASX compliance frameworks.You'll gain exposure to budgeting and forecasting, cost management, and strategic financial analysis while contributing to the growth of a dynamic, future-focused organisation in the EV technology sector.Key Responsibilities· Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
· Assisting with Audit requirements.
· Analyse financial performance and provide variance analysis.
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
· Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
· Maintain and improve financial systems and internal controls.
· Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Skills & Attributes· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· High attention to detail and integrity.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Plan or working towards gaining a CPA/CA qualification preferred.
· Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Xero).
