1. Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests, ensuring high-quality support and meeting or exceeding customer expectations (Customer obsession)
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues, from analysis to testing and follow-up
3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities
4. Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues
5. Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment
6. Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment
7. Cultivate a culture of excellence through delivering top-notch service and fostering collaboration among team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8. Corporate IT Support Experience: 1+ years of experience in providing technical support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
9. IT Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in setting up, taking down, and relocating PC systems, as well as managing inventory of company assets
10. Troubleshooting and Networking: Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment, including networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
11. Server Technologies: Knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM
12. Physical Demands: Ability to lift or carry desktop computers up to 25lbs, with occasional out-of-office hours required for urgent requests
