Our facilities are expanding, and we are looking for self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic fitness professionals to join our team You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality fitness classes to our community. You will assist with the development and planning of fitness programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
Remuneration: $35.54 gross per hour superannuation. Positions are casual and on an as-needed basis. Applications will be retained on file to fill vacancies within our casual pool as they arise.

Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver high-energy land-based and aquatic fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels.
* Assist customers with membership sign-ups and inductions.
* Provide guidance and feedback to members for safe equipment use.
* Deliver excellent customer service to members and casual users.
* Set up and pack down equipment for classes.
* Promote memberships and engage current members in retention activities.
* Maintain gym equipment and the facility.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security within the facility.
* Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
* Follow Council policies and procedures.
* Maintain relevant qualifications.
Qualifications and requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Fitness or equivalent.
* Current CPR and First Aid Certificates or proof of enrolment.
* NSW Working With Children Check Clearance.
* Qualifications in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Aqua Aerobics are desirable.
* Vaccination for Hepatitis A and B, with evidence provided.
* Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation.
