Job Overview:
This is a dynamic role that involves working as part of a team responsible for the manufacture, testing and integration of electronic components and systems using radio frequency (RF) and photonic technology. About the Role:
* Responsible for supporting the production process by completing manufacturing, testing and integration tasks in accordance with methods, procedures and standards.
* Evaluate product performance through efficient and effective testing and tuning of RF, digital and analogue circuits.
* Analyse test data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide feedback to management and peers.
* Maintain quality standards by implementing best practice techniques and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete assembly, testing, tuning and integration of electronic components and systems
2. Test and evaluate product performance using RF, digital and analogue circuit analysis
3. Collect and analyse data to inform process improvements and maintain quality standards
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Advanced Diploma in Engineering or Electronics
* Technical trade in electronics or equivalent qualification
* IPC-A-610 or equivalent MIL-STD certification
* Manual dexterity and precise motor skills
* Ability to read technical instructions and drawings
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Accuracy, thoroughness and persistence in work activities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
