What You’ll Do Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects; Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets; Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients; Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally; Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team; Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers; Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting. About You You’re likely to have [describe likely or preferred profile]. 5-7 years industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors. Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete; Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery.
