Regional Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Manager. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, excel in a fast-paced environment, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering apprenticeship support services across East Gippsland, developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, and providing consistent and accurate information about apprenticeships, conditions, rights, and obligations.
Key deliverables include:
* Experience and understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship System (preferred)
* Proven ability to connect with the business community and stakeholders
* Client service experience
* Business development expertise
* Strong communication, liaison, and networking skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and external computer-based databases
* Ability to interpret Government guidelines and VET legislation
Key Requirements
The position requires a current and valid driver's licence. The successful applicant will be subject to a range of pre-employment checks, including a satisfactory police check, working with children check, work-related references, and evidence of working rights.
