Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on CMDB (Configuration Management Database). The developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuring CMDB to meet business needs. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity within the CMDB, creating workflows and custom scripts to support IT processes, performing regular updates, keeping systems compliant with best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong background in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and ServiceNow development
* Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and practices
* Experience with configuring and managing ServiceNow CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules
* Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system issues effectively
* Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
* Preferred qualifications: ServiceNow certifications, familiarity with ITIL frameworks
