Overview
Join ISLHDs Medical Workforce Unit as a Senior Medical Officer Services Coordinator. You will oversee a key regional portfolio, providing expert advice and support on credentialing, recruitment, contract management, and policy implementation for Senior Medical Officers. You will supervise support staff and manage SMO databases and platforms to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on credentialing, recruitment, contract management, and policy implementation for Senior Medical Officers.
- Lead and supervise support staff and manage critical SMO databases and platforms to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise systems, processes, and service delivery across the region.
- Ensure a client-focused approach in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management, business administration, human resources, or relevant equivalent work experience (or a combination of study and work experience).
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.

- This is a temporary parental leave relief position until 1 November 2026 with the possibility of extension at same or reduced hours.
