What You'll Be Doing
Client Concierge & First Impressions
Greet clients and visitors warmly, manage calls, and respond to enquiries in a way that reflects our brand and values.
Office Operations
Keep things running smoothly—manage supplies, liaise with vendors, and help maintain a tidy and well-organised workspace.
Calendar & Meeting Support
Coordinate room bookings, assist with scheduling, and support the team with calendar logistics.
Mail & Couriers
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure timely internal distribution.
Records & Filing
Maintain accurate records and organise company documents professionally.
Team Support
Assist with travel bookings, expense reporting, event coordination, and general admin tasks across teams.
What You'll Bring
A genuine interest in financial services and a desire to grow your careerPrevious reception or admin experience (preferred but not essential)Clear communication skills—confident, friendly, and professionalProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organisation and time management skillsAn eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problemsA collaborative mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
