Senior Business Analyst Digital Transformation
Want to be the bridge between tech and frontline teams? We need a hands-on Business Analyst who s equal parts problem-solver, change-driver, and storyteller. This isn t about ticking boxes it s about understanding real operational pain points and turning them into digital solutions that stick.
The Gig
* Perth-based role with occasional site travel (get ready to meet the people who ll actually use what you design)
* More than requirements gathering you ll challenge assumptions, find gaps nobody spotted, and make sure solutions actually work in the real world
* Agile environment (because let s be real most projects need both)
* From workshops to UAT you own the full lifecycle (and get to see the impact of your work)
We Want Someone Who
Talks shop with engineers and frontline teams alike (and knows when to ditch the jargon)
Spots what s missing in requirements (not just documents what s asked for)
Thrives in messy, complex problems (the kind where the answer isn t in a textbook)
Gets their boots dirty (figuratively, and sometimes literally when visiting sites)
Must-have Experience
* 3+ years as a BA in tech/digital projects (the more varied, the better)
* Battle scars from Agile projects
* Ninja-level stakeholder skills (from C-suite to shift workers)
* Degree in something relevant (IT, business, engineering we re flexible)
Bonus Points For
* Experience in heavy industries (mining, energy, construction, etc.)
* Certifications like BABOK, PMI-ACP or BPMN knowledge
* Understanding of ITIL or project management methodologies
