Job description:
Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to support Komatsu's Learning Programs?
This role provides vital administrative support to ensure learning processes run smoothly across the business. You will work closely with the People Experience team to coordinate training logistics, management learning systems and deliver timely, insightful reporting that supports leadership, culture, and compliance priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): creating courses, handling enrolments, uploading content, maintaining records and generating reports.
- Supporting SuccessFactors activities including releases, resting and dashboard reporting.
- Compiling, analysing and presenting training and compliance data, delivering ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Maintaining training data accuracy across LMS and SharePoint platforms.
- Facilitating communication and scheduling via MS Teams.
- Troubleshooting LMS issues, suggesting improvements, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Serve as the point of contact for learning-related inquiries.
- Adapt quickly to evolving systems and processes with a continuous learning mindset.
What we are looking for:
- Formal qualifications are not required - relevant on-the-job experience in learning administration, reporting, or systems is highly valued.
- Experience in Learning & Development, HR or related roles is desirable but not essential.
- We welcome applicants with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
