Job Description

* Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve service excellence.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
* Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer service department.
* Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
* Provide training and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth.
* Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
