A Building services consultancy is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Revit Modeller to join its growing team. This role will see you working closely with hydraulic engineers and other building services disciplines to deliver high-quality 3D models and documentation across a range of complex building projects. You will play a key role in developing coordinated Revit models, producing detailed hydraulic services documentation, and supporting project delivery from concept through to construction. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain hydraulic Revit models in line with project and BIM standards Produce coordinated hydraulic services drawings and documentation Work closely with engineers to translate design intent into accurate 3D models Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines to resolve clashes Assist with BIM coordination and model reviews across project teams Ensure documentation is delivered on time and meets project quality standards About You 3 years’ experience as a Hydraulic Revit Modeller / Hydraulic Drafter within building services Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for hydraulic services modelling Experience producing hydraulic services documentation for building projects Strong understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design environments Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers and project teams Strong attention to detail and documentation quality Project Exposure You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of building projects such as: Commercial office developments Residential and mixed-use buildings Education and healthcare facilities Large-scale infrastructure and public buildings Why Apply Work on diverse and technically interesting projects Collaborative and supportive engineering team Strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors Opportunity to further develop your Revit and BIM expertise Contact: Kyla Nash k.nash@aspectpersonnel.com.au 0423 419 396
