Product Sales Manager - Crushing

Eagle Farm, Brisbane, QLD, AU; Sydney, NSW, AU; Melbourne, VIC, AU; Adelaide, SA, AU

Metso is seeking an experienced Product Sales professional to drive product sales performance through deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen. This role is pivotal in clearly articulating the customer value of Metso's product offerings—demonstrating performance benefits, commercial value, and overall solution advantages.

Reporting to the Solutions Group, you will act as the product expert and trusted commercial partner to customers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

* Drive sales funnel generation for the assigned product offering
* Own the value proposition, value argumentation and win strategy for assigned opportunities
* Leverage strong product and application knowledge to clearly position Metso solutions against competitors
* Enable and support Account Managers through training, coaching and product guidance
* Collect and analyse customer and competitor intelligence per Business Line / Product Group requirements
* Contribute to country, regional and market‐level PG forecasts in collaboration with the broader sales team
* Understand market dynamics, competition and industry best practices to shape sales strategy
* Support warranty processes, BI validation, inspection report reviews and solution definition
* Escalate issues to BL / PG Sales Support as required

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience in Product Sales within industrial, mining or heavy equipment environments
* Proven experience in Crushing equipment or crushing aftermarket (e.g. crushing equipment, repairs or rebuild, spares and wears)
* Demonstrated ability to manage product sales OR budget ownership
* Strong communication skills and experience acting as a key interface between Product Groups and Market Areas
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer value
* Experience contributing to market and product‐specific forecasts
* Strong stakeholder engagement and internal collaboration capability
