Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. We currently have 12 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

We are entirely Australian and privately owned and operated, employing over 300 professionals and supporting over 2,500 children.

About The Centre

Thrive, Warragul is our brand new, purpose built centre with onsite parking. Operating Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm, the centre caters for up to 116 children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

The team supports children's growth and development through child lead experience, providing nurturing and caring environments where children feel a sense of belonging.

The centre has five spacious rooms along with a beautiful outdoor play space that allows for imaginations to run wild.

About The Role

We are looking for a fully qualified educator who is driven to contribute to the delivery of high quality education and care, to join our team in a full time capacity.

Your main responsibilities will be to
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
  • Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
