**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create instore experience
- Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs.
- Day to day counter operations
- Opening and closing procedures
- Stock management and maintenance
- Support and motivate team members to collectively meet store goals
- Staff training and development

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
