Key Responsibilities:
This role forms part of the Portfolio Management Group and acts as Assistant Portfolio Manager. The key focus is on collaborating with origination teams and Portfolio Managers to identify and execute attractive investment opportunities globally, managing value across portfolios, and expanding client relationships.
About You:
You are a confident communicator with extensive experience in managing or advising on unlisted infrastructure investments, funds management, or as a principal investor/adviser. You possess commercial acumen, strong decision-making ability, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure asset class and its value drivers and risks
* Experience in and knowledge of infrastructure investment, asset management, and transaction processes
* Thorough knowledge of funds management industry/superannuation funds investment environments, practices, and processes
* Ability to build strong and trusted relationships
* Strong numerical skills, particularly in statistical data analytics and scenario modelling
* Strong ability to interpret and negotiate legal documentation
* Understanding of tax legislation, tax consequences of business structures, and investment structuring
* Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, Finance, and/or Law
* Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
