Job Description Lead end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation Manage the external implementation partner and internal stakeholders Facilitate workshops to gather and translate business requirements Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live activities Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and issues Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and re-testing cycles Oversee data migration to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain momentum and challenge decisions to protect outcomes The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Proven IT Project Manager with Dynamics CRM implementation experience Experience delivering complex enterprise IT or business projects Strong understanding of CRM processes and system integrations Confident stakeholder manager across technical and business teams Experienced with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery frameworks Strong governance, planning, and reporting capability Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating under pressure Technical or development exposure within IT environments
