The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of our sales pipeline in your region, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring a small, high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with the operations and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying and closing new opportunities
* Lead, mentor, and support a small team of sales representatives
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored, effective solutions for clients

* Proven experience in sales within electronic security, AV, or a related technology sector

* Valid driver's licence and ability to travel regionally as needed
