Hillstone St Lucia, one of Brisbane’s favourite wedding and event venues, is seeking a Full-Time Events Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing events team! If you are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and leading a supportive, professional team, this position is perfect for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on our weddings, corporate events, and private functions, while playing an integral role in upholding Hillstone’s reputation of excellence.
As an Events Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring the smooth running of events, from start to finish, delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, train, motivate, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience in a similar Front of House/Events Supervisor role (or equivalent).
* A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
* Strong personnel management skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff.
* Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
* Highly motivated with a hands-on approach and a fantastic work ethic and personality.
* Flexible availability and the ability to work weekends and evenings, as this is not an office-based role.
* Experience and/or qualifications in the hospitality or tourism sectors will be an advantage.
This is a full-time, salaried position.
