About the Role
An exciting part-time opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the team at Paul Hill Realty in Hope Island, Queensland. As Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of our residential property portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of client service and property maintenance.
This part-time position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance needs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day administration and operations of the residential property portfolio
* Conducting regular property inspections and maintaining detailed records
* Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
* Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors as required
* Supporting the preparation of routine inspections
* Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
* Undertaking administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office duties
What We're Looking For
* At least 1 year experience in a similar assistant property management role, ideally within the residential leasing and property management industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
* Proficient in using property management software
* A positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
* A current real estate registration certificate
