Job Summary
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing their welding skills to join metal parts using high heat application.
This is a full-time position working a 1st shift schedule from Monday through Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm.
* Must be able to accurately read tape measurements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in welding is required

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a certificate or associate degree in welding being preferred
* At least 1 year of experience in welding
Candidates should also demonstrate:
* A strong mechanical aptitude
* The ability to read blueprints and interpret technical information
* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* An understanding of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques
* A commitment to detail-oriented work and continuous improvement
ADA Requirements
* Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
* Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
* Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
* Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
* Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force to thrust forward, downward or outward
* Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm
* Visual: The worker must have close visual acuity for activities like data analysis, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, detailed reading, visual inspection of small defects or parts, using measurement devices, or assembly at close distances
* Job Conditions: Subject to inside environmental conditions, protected from weather but not necessarily from temperature changes
