Role Overview
The employment tax and reward advisory specialist will support the senior team in providing comprehensive tax advisory services for clients within the employment tax and reward domain.
Collaborating with the senior team to deliver expert reward advisory and employment tax services for our client base.
Developing a competitive management incentives offering, and taking a lead role in designing, implementing, and providing tax advice on reward arrangements for clients.
Leading due diligence activities relating to employment-related securities.
Mentoring junior team members, and managing their workload effectively.
Supporting the senior team with employment tax and reward elements of transaction and advisory projects as required.
Relevant experience in reward and employment tax.
A strong understanding of tax technical knowledge in areas of employment-related securities, and a willingness to expand this expertise.
The ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to both tax and non-tax specialists.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
The capacity to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
The ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and make informed decisions independently, while receiving guidance from the senior team.
Skill in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across different teams.
