We are looking for an experienced Strata Assistant to join our clients North Sydney team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-focused professional to support a high-performing strata team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. About the Role:
In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to 2–3 Strata Managers, as well as the Accounts Team. Reporting to the Licensee in Charge and Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing client communication and handling enquiries
* Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and related documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
* Coordinating contractors and following up on works
* Supporting general administrative functions across the team

Key Requirements (Essential):
* Current Certificate of Registration (NSW)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in strata or property management
* Strong communication, organisational, and client service skills
* Experience with Strata Master (Property IQ experience highly regarded)
* High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
