The role will involve helping to attract, mobilise and support contractors for new and ongoing assignments. You will also be responsible for talent mapping for future assignments, placing job advertisements across a variety of job boards and social media, regularly communicating with contractors and developing a network of contacts through referrals. The Recruitment Consultant role will also involve: Working directly with the Managing Director who will teach you how to build a reputation and network like them Contributing to the team's success through coming up with new ideas, working together and supporting each other Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates Build strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs Conduct candidate assessments and interviews Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge Career Growth Opportunities: As a high-performing Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the potential to advance to a leadership role, where you'll oversee and optimise recruitment processes, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
