* You will work in a flexible rotating roster between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and be responsible for supporting customers end-to-end with outstanding service.

* You will have a cross-set of skills and diversity that equip you to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems, and serve local customers in various channels including virtual messaging, face-to-face, and phone-based systems.
