Senior Occupational Therapist

The role involves:
* Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes
* Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
* Leadership opportunities including providing internal presentations
* Provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology
* Providing professional guidance/mentoring to junior clinicians
About You:
* Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
* 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Exceptional communication + time management skills, detail oriented
* Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
